Weigh-in

Today I got on the scale and weighed 155.5 lbs. Total loss is 10 lbs over 9 days. RPM helped me take my measurements and I have lost a total of 14 inches from 344.5" to 330.5". Most of the loss has occurred in my upper body thus far but I have lost 2 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my thighs. I put on a shirt that had been snug and it fits well! This diet is a keeper....


From now until I reach goal I'll be on shakes for 6 days and cleansing on the 7th. I'll do a weekly weigh-in and take my measurements in another 20 days so keep checking the blog to see how I'm doing - I'm counting on my readers to be accountability partners!
